At Viva Resistance, all of our merchandise is custom-made to order, with proceeds directly supporting our mission. Due to the personalized nature of our products and our commitment to maximizing donations, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges:
- Custom Orders: Each item is produced specifically for the customer, and we do not hold inventory. This ensures that every piece is made with the highest quality and intention for you.
- Donation-Based Model: Since 100% of our profits are donated to important causes, we cannot repurpose returned items or cover the cost of returns without impacting the donations we provide.
- Inventory Constraints: Accepting returns would result in surplus inventory, which could lead to waste and logistical challenges in managing unsold items.
We encourage customers to carefully check product details and sizing charts before placing their orders to ensure the best fit. If you have any questions about our products or need assistance with sizing, our team is here to help before you make your purchase.
Exceptions:
In the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit.
